Key features

OpenArm KER (Kinematic Equivalent Replica) is a motorless leader arm designed to enable intuitive operation of OpenArm 2.0. Its joints incorporate magnetic encoders and bearings, reducing operational resistance and helping to alleviate the physical load on the operator.

OpenArm KER

OpenArm KER adopts a joint structure that exactly matches OpenArm 2.0, together with link lengths scaled to 70%. This enables high-precision 1:1 motion mapping without requiring any coordinate transformation or retargeting.

General Dimensions

OpenArm KER achieves a lightweight body of 1.7 kg by combining lightweight CFRP pipes, machined aluminum parts, and resin components. Its shoulder-mounted backpack-style design allows smooth attachment within 30 seconds without assistance, while also fitting a wide range of body types.

The backpack section can be folded, making it possible to store and transport OpenArm KER in a standard travel case.
